That’s why we created the NextApps AI Manifest – a document that defines our approach to artificial intelligence, sets common standards, and shows how we use it responsibly in practice. 

For years, we’ve been developing applications that make people’s everyday lives easier from finance to healthcare and logistics.
Over time, AI became something much more than a supportive tool. Today, it’s the core of our processes, present at every stage from concept to deployment.

6. AI-first culture
   We follow the principle of “AI First Draft” — artificial intelligence creates the first version, and people give it the final shape. We encourage experimentation, knowledge sharing, and building a shared prompt repository that fuels our creativity. 
7. Ethics and responsibility
   We believe technology must serve people. That’s why we use AI safely and ethically, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with GDPR, the AI Act, and the CRA. AI never replaces human judgment in ethical, HR, or strategic decisions.
