React Native Developer

We specialize in mobile-first solutions, product discovery, scalable app development, and modern delivery supported by AI tools. We’re currently looking for a React Native Developer to join one of our fintech / loyalty / payments-related mobile projects.  The product is focused on creating a seamless loyalty and payment experience, where user identification, cashback, benefits, and payments work together in one smooth flow. 

Your responsibilities 

• Developing and maintaining high-quality React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android. 
• Building mobile features related to QR flows, user identification, cashback wallets, and payment-related user journeys. 
• Integrating mobile applications with backend APIs, external SDKs, payment providers, and loyalty engines. 
• Supporting White Label and SDK-based mobile architecture, including reusable components. 
• Working with native capabilities such as push notifications, biometrics, deep links, and secure storage. 
• Collaborating closely with product owners, designers, QA specialists, and backend developers. 
• Proactively identifying technical risks, proposing improvements, and ensuring stability. 
• Participating in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, and debugging. 
• Supporting app releases through App Store and Google Play processes. 
• Using modern AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to improve development speed and quality. 

Must-have 

• 2+ years of commercial experience in developing mobile applications with React Native. 
• Good knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript. 
• Experience in developing applications for both iOS and Android. 
• Practical knowledge of state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or similar). 
• Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and external services. 
• Familiarity with native platform features: push notifications, biometrics, secure storage, and deep linking. 
• Practical experience with offline-first capabilities (data persistence and synchronization). 
• Experience in building responsive layouts for both smartphones and tablets. 
• Experience integrating native Swift / Kotlin modules with React Native. 
• Understanding of clean code, component-based development, and maintainability. 
• Practical knowledge of Git and standard development workflows. 
• Good communication skills in Polish and English. 
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and willingness to work in a product-oriented environment. 

Nice-to-have 

• Experience in fintech, payments, loyalty, or e-commerce projects. 
• Experience with QR-based flows, in-app payments, or digital wallets. 
• Experience building White Label applications or reusable mobile SDKs. 
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane). 
• Experience with the Expo & EAS ecosystem (Build, Submit, Update). 
• Openness to experimenting with AI-assisted development workflows.
